Vintage checked dress with amazing collar! UK 10/12

This is an exceptional quality dress. She doesnt have any labels, but she is so well made, fully lined and beautufully tailored, probably couture made for someone.
But she is all about the collar! The colours are fun, red/green and navy blue in checks and stripes.
She zips up at the back.
There are no signs of wear at all.
Wear a slim belt to pull the waist in, and to modernise I would be tempted to shorted it above the knee.
Lovely dress!
Chest 36" and then hangs down, length 45".
